The Bee’s Knees

The Bee’s Knees boasts a fascinating history, with tales of its invention intertwined with influential figures such as Mrs. JJ Brown, famously known as the ‘Unsinkable Molly Brown,’ and believed to have originated in the glamorous setting of the Café Parisian with head bartender Frank Meier at the Hotel Ritz Paris in 1921. Whether it emerged out of Prohibition necessity in the United States or found its roots in the vibrant bars of Paris, the Bee’s Knees has firmly established itself as a timeless classic. Crafted with the perfect blend of Silent Pool Gin, zesty lemon, and the rich sweetness of our local Albury honey, this cocktail pays homage to the tradition of the Bee’s Knees.
